A few things to note:
This is a space for you to come as you are, as a mama and a womxn, so give yourself the time you deserve and come by yourself without your kiddos. The trail does not allow for buggies, and we want to make sure you can spend all that sacred time and energy on YOU for a change. You can bring lots of mama-friends though!
As much as we love doggies, we would suggest leaving them at home or with another carer for this walkshop. Again, this is to help nudge you away from distractions and give you the chance to relax and focus completely on yourself.
This 'walkshop' will combine hiking, meditation, journalling and yoga in the outdoors. You do not have to have a certain level of fitness to join as you can take it at your own pace, and the focus lies on mental health and re-connecting to yourself.
